We customize your event, large or small, to meet your needs as well as provide numerous services for your convenience. Every event is unique and our goal is to design specifically for your occasions needs. Because Rental cost can vary, we invite you to meet with an event coordinator to discuss all the options. The Gathering Hall Rentals
These rates are for a *six hour one day rental which will conclude by 12:00 PM Midnight. If you have a special request or need additional time or need the weekend, we will work with you to make it happen!
Event Pricing
Full Facility - $300 / $600
$300 for Mon-Thurs - $600 for Fri-SunApproximately 6,000 square feet with a 200 person capacity. This package includes the Main Hall and Lower Level.
Main Hall - $200 / $425
$200 for Mon-Thurs - $425 for Fri-SunApproximately 3,600 square feet on the main floor and has a 150 Person Capacity.
- Discounts for Monday - Thursday rentals
- A Minimum guest requirement applies to all Saturday Evening Events.
- Deposit of 50% of Rental Fee is required to reserve a date.
- All beverage services will be provided by The Gathering Hall
- Beverage & Foood Services include a 7% sales tax and 18% service fee for each event.
- All beverages must stay confined within the building. Patrons are not allowed to consume or possess alcohol outside.

Outside Catering
A simple $100 catering fee will be applied.Have a food caterer already? No Problem! We will work with your cater to meet your specific needs.
