The Gathering Hall event sales staff are available by appoitment only Monday through Friday and Saturday.

For your convenience, our phones are answered 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through Thursday, and 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Friday. Please allow us two hours to respond to your request.

All hosted events are limited to 6 hours and will conclude by 12:00 Midnight.
